NEMAH Household Water Well Program: We currently have funds awarded from USDA to replace or repair drinking water wells in all of our 11 county regions.  If you reside in any of the following counties and need assistance with your water well, NEMAH can help:   Alcona, Alpena, Arenac, Cheboygan, Crawford, Iosco, Montmorency, Ogemaw, Oscoda, Otsego or Presque Isle. This program allows the homeowners terms of 1% on their loan and 20 years to repay.  NEMAH's program can provide 90% of the cost of the water well and has options for financing the other 10%.  For more information see below or contact us.
